I’ve ordered stationery cards from them and the quality was good. There will definitely be shipping charges, but they are usually reasonable. www.vistaprint.com/elf use a stock design or upload your own- they have different sizes and styles to choose from.
For personalized stationery cards, I’ve also used Shutterfly and Ink Garden. Both are good. Shutterfly has nicer envelopes and lots of stock designs. In addition to stock designs, Ink Garden will let you upload your own card design, and the satiny finish on their cards is really nice. (great for digital scrapbookers!) prices are comparable. Watch for deals and coupons- they are very competitive this time of year!
